System.NullReference Exception in Visual Studio 2010 Silverlight Designer: Resolved

First remove the SilverLight from control panel in windows7.
Now download the files of SilverLight from here. The name of the files will be silverLight_Downloads.rar and Silverlight_Tools.rar.
Now install the Silverlight_Developer.exe version4 given in the silverLight_Downloads.rar.
Now restart your browser.
Create a SilverLight web application. Now you can see the System.NullReference exception is gone.
